Not all smartphones that will be updated this month will receive a stable version of ColorOS 12: for some of them, the latest available version of Android, customized with OPPO’s proprietary interface, will arrive in beta. Let’s find out which model it is.
ColorOS 12: these OPPO smartphones will receive it in June
OPPO is confirmed as the only manufacturer to share, monthly, the plan with the software updates provided for its smartphone; thanks to this information, we can find out in preview which smartphone of the manufacturer will receive the new update of the proprietary interface ColorOS 12 based on Android 12.
We will divide the various smartphones into three groups: the first will contain the OPPO smartphones that are already receiving the ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 in the stable version, the second will contain those that will receive the update in the stable version and the third will contain those that will receive it in “beta” version; for them, the stable update will arrive in the next few months. In brackets, the country from which the release of the new software version will start is indicated.
Before proceeding, we anticipate that some of the smartphones involved are not officially sold on our market, but are exclusive to some Asian markets, such as the Chinese or Indian one.
